Where we ship from

We ship orders from one of our U.S. fulfillment locations, depending on inventory availability and the fastest/most efficient routing:

We currently ship within the United States.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order leaves our facility.

Free Shipping

Free Shipping – FedEx Ground: Free

Expedited Shipping (order by 12:00 PM ET)

If you select an expedited option, place your order by 12:00 PM ET on a business day for the order to be prioritized for same-day processing (when possible). Orders placed after the cutoff, or on weekends/holidays, begin processing the next business day.

2nd Day (Order by noon ET)

0–6 lb: $20

7–10 lb: $35

11–20 lb: $55

21–50 lb: $100

51–100 lb: $150

Next Day (Order by noon ET)

0–6 lb: $50

7–10 lb: $60

11–20 lb: $80

21–50 lb: $135

51–100 lb: $200

Note: Shipping rates are based on the total shipment weight shown at checkout.

Use your own freight / customer pickup

If you prefer to arrange your own carrier, select “Use Your Own Freight Pickup” at checkout (Free). After you place your order, we’ll provide pickup-ready details (location, hours, and shipment information) so your carrier can collect it.

Tracking

All shipped orders include tracking (where supported by the carrier). Tracking details are emailed once your order ships.

Shipping delays

Delivery timelines are estimates and can be affected by weather, carrier delays, peak seasons, or address issues. If a package is delayed or tracking looks unusual, contact us and we’ll help.

Address accuracy & undeliverable packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we may need to reship it (additional shipping fees may apply) or issue a refund according to our return policy.
