Track Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll get a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package.

To track your order:

  1. Open your shipping confirmation email
  2. Click "Track shipment" or the tracking link in the email
  3. You'll see the latest updates from the carrier

You can also track your order anytime through the Shop app. If you checked out using Shop Pay, your order will appear automatically. Otherwise, just download the Shop app and enter your email address to pull up your order.

Carriers we use: We primarily ship with UPS but may use Fedex and for rare orders, USPS. You can track all of our orders directly on the carrier's website with the tracking number included in the confirmation email.


Can't find your confirmation email?

Check your spam or junk folder and search your inbox for "Renewed Market" or "shipping confirmation." If you have an account, you can also check your order status directly at renewedmarket.com/account.
