60-Day Limited Warranty
We stand behind what we sell. Unless the product page says otherwise, every item from Renewed Market comes with a 60-day limited warranty starting from the date your carrier marks it as delivered.
What's covered
This warranty covers functional defects and hardware failures that show up during normal use within the 60-day window, including:
- Device won't power on or isn't working as expected
- Hardware failures like screen defects, charging issues, or speakers not working
- Items that arrived defective or damaged, including damage from shipping
What's not covered
- Accidental damage - drops, liquid damage, impact, misuse, or abuse
- Cosmetic wear like scratches, scuffs, or dents that don't affect how the device works
- Battery wear or gradual capacity loss over time - batteries are consumable parts
- Software issues unrelated to a hardware defect (app problems, OS settings, malware, data loss)
- Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or damage from third-party servicing
- Devices with removed or altered serial numbers, asset tags, or warranty labels
Account locks and enterprise management locks
Before sending a device in for a warranty claim, please make sure it's:
- Signed out of all accounts (iCloud/Apple ID, Google, Microsoft, etc.)
- Find My / Activation Lock turned off
- Free of any MDM, Intune, DEP, or ABM enrollment
If a device arrives still locked, we won't be able to process the claim until it's unlocked. If it can't be unlocked, the claim may be denied.
What happens if your claim is approved
If we confirm a warranty issue, we'll make it right - at our discretion - by doing one of the following:
- Repairing the product (when possible)
- Replacing it (if we have one available)
- Refunding your purchase price
Shipping for warranty claims
If your claim is approved, we'll send you return instructions. In most cases we'll provide a prepaid return label - we'll confirm the details during the approval process.
How to file a warranty claim
Email us at customerservice@reconext.com with:
- Your order number
- The product and serial number (if you have it)
- A description of what's going on
- Photos or video if you've got them — especially helpful for shipping damage
After we receive your claim, we'll get back to you with next steps.
